Beauclerc Book Swap

~Our Beauclerc Book Swap was a HUGE success!  This idea was totally thought up by Student Council!  Great idea!  Hundreds of kids got to trade in books they have already read for books that are new to them!  We even made the Duval County we site.... click HERE to read the article on the County website.

~Recently, many students in fourth grade helped to clean up the campus at Beauclerc!  Way to go Parrots!

~Thanks to everyone who sent in their recyclables!  We had more computer, batteries, paper, clothes, etc! It was a huge  success!  Big THANKS to Ms. Beverly Haight for heading up this endeavor!

Brown Baggin' It & Bottle Caps!

~Don't forget to bring in your plastic bottle caps! Miranda Lamb is bringing a whole bunch in every week!

~You can help keep plastic out of our landfills by using a brown paper bag instead of a plastic grocery bag! Big ups the fifth grade who used BROWN BAGS on their field trip to study wildlife habitats at the zoo.

~Thanks to one of our PTA parents, Mrs. Hunt, who helped decorate our recycle cans and bottle BINS! Don't forget to bring down your buckets at the end of the day to the big bins in the cafeteria!
